Appointment & Cancellation Policy
 Please cancel your scheduled appointment online at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit.

No-Show Policy
Clients who do not call or show up for their appointment will no longer be able to schedule future appointments.

Hair Preparation Policy
Hair must be shampooed and blow-dried prior to your appointment unless this service is booked with us. Hair must also be fully detangled before arrival.

Optional Hair Services
For an additional fee, we offer professional shampooing, blow-drying, and detangling services. Please select this option at the time of booking if needed.
